Occupational Health and Safety Policy

At “Taylor Made Enterprises Pty Ltd t/a Taylor Made Cleaning Solutions” we care for and protect each other, the health and safety of all employees is our primary concern. The Management of the company is committed to providing, promoting and maintaining a working environment which minimises the risk to health, safety and welfare of all employees.

Management has a responsibility and shall:

  • Identify and control hazards, risks and impacts, and adopt an approach that will eliminate or at least minimise risk.
  • Provide and maintain equipment and a system of work that is safe and without risk to health.
  • Through consultation with our clients ensure the site is maintained in a safe and healthy condition and those employees, contractors and visitors are informed of any hazards and conditions that may impact on the safety and health of themselves and others.
  • Provide adequate facilities to protect the welfare of all employees.
  • Provide information, training and supervision for all employees enabling them to work in a safe and healthy environment.
  • Develop capable employees through world class training, and recognise and celebrate achievements.
  • Actively communicate with concerned stakeholders including employees, government and our clients on safety, health and environmental issues.
  • Comply with the laws, regulations and “Taylor Made Enterprises Pty Ltd” operational policy applicable to its operations to achieve zero harm.

All Management and Employees are required to adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and take reasonable care for their own safety and for the safety of others at their work site and to comply with any lawful and reasonable command in relation to their duties
